What we collect

- other data specifically provided by you in order that we can provide the business services you request.
What we do with the information we gather
Zircomet needs to process data in order to enter into a contract, for record keeping, and then to fulfil the requirements of that contract, with you.
In addition, Zircomet has a legitimate interest in processing personal data to maintain ongoing business relationships.
Zircomet will process information about whether or not individuals are disabled ONLY to make reasonable adjustments for those individuals to carry out their roles. This is to carry out our obligations and exercise specific rights in relation to disability access.
Security
Zircomet takes the security of your data seriously. We have internal policies and controls in place to protect your data, so that it is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by its employees in the performance of their duties.
Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared internally, for business development, or for the delivery of services as set out in any contracts.

- to meet the terms of our contract/deliver our required services to you

Your data will be stored in a range of different locations, in Zircomet’s Client, Legal and Finance management systems and in other IT systems (including Zircomet’s email system).
Your data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When this occurs it is on the basis of relevant safeguards permitted by GDPR e.g. declaration of adequacy, binding corporate rules or other safeguards.
